Re: Apple Lion Support?

Hi brizone,

In certain circumstances, it can be problematic to share a bluetooth device between a MacBook and an iPhone. This is one of the reasons we offer the ICON HD + THE NERD.  Using the NERD, with the improved multipoint capabilities of ICON HD allows one to talk hands-free or privately stream audio from the computer. ICON HD can handle two connections for phone conversations and two media streams, and The NERD will take care of mapping between stereo-type streaming and phone interaction.

To instantly connect and start using ICON HD with any Mac or PC, just plug in THE NERD (Wire-Free™ USB Audio Adapter). You will never have to fumble with your Bluetooth® settings ever again.

Re: Apple Lion Support?

JawboneJaimie...I think we've been hearing much the same from JawboneDavid since August. The Lion fix is here, it's iminent.....but close to 7 months later....nothing

Also I see where you're pitching the solution of an Icon HD & Nerd for $140.00 USD.

Is throwing money at the problem really a solution? After dropping that money, is it a lock that it works with Lion?

I'm not so much blaming Jawbone as I am Apple. My Icon worked fine under Snow Leopard. It was Apple & Lion which broke things!

But you folks hold much more clout than us individuals...you have engineers and a product that no longer works with Apple's latest desktop OS...get the word out!!!!

Re: Apple Lion Support?

I am very disappointed.

I took the pain to explain in details my set up to the support team at Jawbone befofe buying this product. I have been 100% assure that it will be working just fine with my MacBook Air.

I bought the unit yesterday and it just wont stay connected! Very frustrating and it renders the purchase null. I think this is going back to the store for refund.

Jawbone - Do not sell your product if you know it doesn't work! Even if it is Apple Lion's fault!
