I just sent an email to support. I am very frustrated. I had not used jawbone mytalk for probably close to a year as I had lost my icon or had it stolen. I just got a new era yesterday and was quite excited. I finally got the computer and mytalk to recognize it and when I went to sign in it would not let me, saying the email or password was wrong. I finally got in when I remembered the old one and changed it to my new email address, also changing the password. It must have taken my new email as I keep getting emails with the link to reset my password, but every time it doesn't work. I have tried about 30 times using all the combinations of old and new email, and all the passwords I've tried. I also tried setting up a new account but it said "this email address is already in use". So I'm quite frustrated and don't know what to do. Any help? I have searched on the internet and have not seen this problem anywhere.
