Dial Apps do not work on Icon

I am unable to use any Dial Apps with my Icon. When I long-press the talk button, all I get is a "beep." I've tried resetting my Icon, reinstalling various Dial Apps (voice dial and My Favorite), resetting my phone, etc. but nothing seems to work. The Icon pairs with my phone and I can hear/talk with it. The talk button works during calls to adjust the volume. It's just that no Dials Apps will function.
