Experiences with Jawbone Updater 1.7.0?

Jawbone Updater is now prompting me to update, and I see that the newest version is 1.7.0.  My current version, while not perfect, does manage to update my Icon.  That wasn't always true.

 

I'm currently using Snow Leopard on a MBP.  Any reason not to update my updater?
