Anyone know the source/fix for this problem? PLEASE FIX THIS JAWBONE! I just got my Jambox today and had to reset and replug it countless times and the sync still doesn't work! It's frozen at 4% as I am typing this message! Please help!

Hey I'm having the same issues. Any chance you can share the knowledge that helped him out??? I love the thing but the fact it's freezing when it syncs and crashing all my USB drivers is getting a lil annoying. PLEASE HELP!

I'm having the same problem and then my computer crashed and now my Jawbone ICON does not have voice dialing feature even though on MyTALK it shows that the app is installed. :-( very frustrated with this headset!

Any chance someone could contact me regarding the Jawbone Era we just purchased this evening? We have been trying for 2 hours to get it to sync with the MyTalk website and it just sits at 4%. The sooner the better - my husband gets kind of impatient and may just take it back if it doesn't start working soon!

Please help me! My jambox froze up at 4% as well and now is bricked...will not turn on at all!!!!!
