I have Windows 7 using Google Chrome. I have the Jawbone updater installed. When I plug in my Jawbone ICON into my usb, it lights up and starts charging but the icon in my taskbar remains grey. It still automatically pulls up the MYTALK site but it keeps saying device is not plugged in. Im just trying to connect this thing to the MYTalk so I can use my Android App for this. I have also tried different USB ports, tried holding the talk button while plugging it in and holding it for 2 seconds after and none of this has worked. Anybody have any idea how to get this working? For a $99 bluetooth, this is a bit upsetting when something this simple fails to work.
