I just got my Jambox as a gift for my recent birthday and i was under the impression that i would recieve a free Jamchain, after i register online. I'll have my Jambox connected to MyTalk, and i am logged in, but when i go to the deals tab, i have no such luck. The Jambox is brand new. Other than this, i have not come across any other issues, good work.

I'm glad to hear you're loving your new JAMBOX. I wanted to let you know the JAMCHAIN deal is U.S. only. So if you reside outside the U.S., the deal unfortunately does not apply.

Jamie, I'm also getting a note that says the offer isn't available when I log into Mytalk. I live in the US. I'd like a red jamchain. Do you know where/how I can get one?
Can you let me know if you have been able to unlock the coupon code itself (not that the code isn't redeeming on the web store)? If you haven't unlocked the coupon code, we will need the email address you use for your MyTALK account to investigate further.
We also currently only have black Jamchains.
