MyTALK update only makes it to 4%, then freezes.

     Just got my ICON a couple days ago and love it so far.  I tried to change a few things on MyTALK and when I clicked sync, it started, jumped to 4% and stayed there for quite a long time, I ended up having to reset it to get it working again.  

     Also, I don't see the A2DP update in MyTALK, the jawbone default says it has A2DP but it won't work on my iPhone.

I had the same problem after I changed apps.  It resolved itself after briefly unplugging and replugging the ICON.

My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium, Version 6.1.7601  Service Pack 1

I have the Jawbone BIG Jambox.  Running the same OS as you with the same issue... tried your method and it worked for me aslo!  Thank you!

Had the same problem.  Removed from computer, turned on and off and reattached cable, I think after two tries if worked.  I'm not brilliant, just persistant

Two days old! Worked fine until I connected to PC then during adding audio app speaker light went off & no longer recognised by pc. After several attempts & emails to support finally got of to recognise big jambox. Then tried restore, 4% then just hangs!
I have attempted charging, holding talk button & plugging in charger (as advised) & reattempted restore!
Still nothing, this is what I would expect from a less expensive speaker but at £269 I am very disappointed & tempted air my feelings to every social networking site possible
All I ask is that this highly priced brick performs as a speaker nothing ornament!

Big Jambox (red) connected to USB & mains charger, still not working, wont restore or allow audio apps to be added, freezes at 4%! Switched on now, flashing orange/white light but cannot get any further! Tried various suggestions and solutions as advised but still not working.
