Problem with MyFavorite

Hi.

I have IPhone 4 and an ICON.

I downloaded the MyFavorite app but it seems to have a problem. Every time i press and hold the button, the voice dial is working, not my favorite number i entered.

What can i do?

I am having the same problem. I downloaded my favorite and it goes to the support line at jawbone. I have gone to scratch on my icon a number of times and it still does this.  Why isn't my favorite working?
