I am using Opera 11.60 - but getting this error message when I go onto MyTalk. Have tried IE but no good - anyone any good ideas?

I am having the same issues.  I have tried on a MAC (OS X 10.7.4) and on Windows 7.  I have followed the previous suggestions to no avail...  Please help.

Same error on macbook pro running 10.7.4 I don't get to 1 percent. When plugged in, the device identifies it is connecting, but never completes. The Sync button lights up about a quarter ofthe time. When clicked and attempted I get:

Update did not complete.

Your Jawbone may not be in a working condition.

I met same error for my ERA. I tried following ways:

1. Reinstall the driver as mentioned in reply - no good

2. Change to another WIFI - use my iphone as hot spot- no good

3. Change web browser - from Firefox to IE - no good

4. Turn off ERA - no good

I am realy stuck here.

My OS is Windows 7 HOME.

I am in Beijing China
