Clearly the best case scenario is to never have any trouble with a product.
How ever, Stuff happens. And the customer service I got after having an issue with my Jawbone Prime was exemplary.
The customer service rep. Matthew who handled my issue did a flawless job, removing any anxiety that may stem from product issues.
