AliphCOM Offers OEM Jawbone and Bulk Package

I'm wondering the same thing. I *just* recieved an Aliph from a vendor on eBay and so far, everyone I've called with it said that they could barely hear me, that I sounded like I was in a tunnel or like I had cotton in my mouth (this was with the noise assassin turned off AND turned on).  I'm going to return it, because the vendor does have a reasonable return policy.

Is Jawbone at all interested in cracking down on these companies? If so- contact me, I can send you whatever I have-- if you  want the device I bought and if you reach me in time (before I have to send the item back to the eBay seller) I'd be happy to cooperate with Jawbone-- of course, I would like to get a reasonable credit towards the purchase of an authentic Jawbone.

I got my second one from an ebay seller.  It was in original packaging and sealed.  So your telling me you won't honor any warrenty should I need it?
