Brand new Prime and seems DOA

I just received a new Prime, and when I attach to the charger it does not charge.  I have yet to see ANY light as indicated in the manual.  Is there a trick I missed on getting it started or is it Dead On Arrival (DOA)?

When the Jawbone is secure in the charging cradle you will know, as the magnetic connection will be quite firm and secure. If it is securing in the charging cradle, make sure you try plugging it into more than one wall oulet, in addition to plugging it into your computer.  If you still do not see the LED light up to indicate charging, then please give us a call, and we will get you a working unit!
