Whats new with Jawbone Prime?

I bought a "New" Jawbone (Version 2) about 6 months ago, and so far I have liked it for the most part.  It took me a while to figure out how to get it to fit, but now that I found about about the New Fit Earbuds and got some, I havent had the fit problems anymore.  I really like my Jawbone, but now I guess they came out with a new one called Prime.  Does anyone know the difference between the "new" and the "prime" jawbones? Is the Prime so much better that I should upgrade from my New Jawbone?

Here whats new:

- Prime has even better background noise elimination than previous generations.

- Acoustic Voice Activity Detector (AVAD) provides a fail-safe mechanism when the Voice Activity Sensor (white nub) doesn't touch your face.

- Works in wind (up to 10 mph wind)

- Multipoint, which allows the Prime to maintain a connection between two Bluetooth devices at the same time

- More customizable fit options

- New fresh color choices.

I forgot to mention, New Jawbone and Prime shares the same accessories like the charger, earloops and ear buds

Just wondering, can the Jawbone 2 change the faceplate to other colours like Prime does? I know that Prime can change faceplates to all colours. Thanks.
