Will a Prime cover fit on the II?

Hello all. I'm perfectly content with my Jawbone II and don't want to shell out that much money for a new Prime, but I do like the new design. I was wondering if anyone tried to fit one of those Prime covers people are selling on eBay on a Jawbone II. The two look very similar but I'm not sure if it would fit. Thanks in advance guys!

While we do not recommend it, in theory, the PRIME cover should fit just fine on a JBII.  But be careful, if you unintentionally break your headset while swapping sheilds, the headset will not be eligible for a warranty replacement, as stated in this section of the product warranty:

1. The forgoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed; (iii) use not in accordance with the documentation; and (iv) damage caused by the equipment with which the Product is used.
