charging jawbone prime

I just put the prime into its ac adapter thing but no light is coming on to show its charging. is something broken?

Have you made sure that the charger is plugged into a working outlet? Make sure you try another outlet, and try plugging into the USB drive on your computer.  If you still do not see the light come on after trying a few other power sources, give us a call and we will make sure to get you up and running! 1-800-JAWBONE :smileyhappy:
