Re: how to fit for people with small ears?

We offer three sizes of earbuds, which we have found can accomodate most ear sizes. Try the smallest donut shaped earbud and the smallest "new fit" earbud, one of the two should fit even the smallest ears!

What if both those options don't work?

I can't really use the Jawbone because I have to keep picking it up and placing it back in my ear.

It's anything but "snug." And I've tried both of these options you presented.

It sounds like you aren't using a large enough earbud if it keeps falling out.  Try a larger earbud, and also try using the optional earloop. That should do that trick!

It should sit in the outer part of your ear canal, similar to white iPod headphones.

Re: how to fit for people with small ears?

I have had the Jawbone 1 and it seemed to fit OK however I didn't have any luck with the noise assanation working like it was advertised. I bought the J2 specifically because it was advertised for the excellent noise assanation. When I got it I had problems getting it to fit in my ear plus all the people who I talk to can hear is external noise. I tried all the earbuds and couldn't find anything that would fit comfortably. I bought the new ones with loops and still no luck, even with the loops. I don't want to buy the new Prime because then I feel I will have 3 devices that don't work.
