volume control

Have new prime jawbone.  Noise eliminator is good  - caller can here me fine but I can't here the caller.  Is there a volume control for me?  I am going a bit hard of hearing and in a noisy envirnment, I just can't here on the earpiece.

I think it's in the instructions. This is not the best aspect of the Jawbone 2 or Prime. Here's how:

During a call press the Noise Assassin button raises the volume by one step until it reaches maximum loudness then cycles back to the lowest - so you press again to increment the volume.

I find it easier to use my phone's volume control.
