Hey,
Are there any plans to provide open APIs that might allow for the integration of data from UP bands into other software products. For example, one of the reason I bought the UP band over the Fuel band was the sleep monitoring piece. But I also am a Withings Scale owner. I'd love to have the abilityt o integrate have my Sleep and Activity data imported over my Withings App. And even the flip of that, I'm also a RunKeeper and Strava user. It would be nice if the workouts that are tracked by each of those tools could be integrated into the UP app. (which I love the experience of)
Just throwing out ideas... :-)

Please integrate with the Withings scale! Non automated fitness tracking is what the whole point of this product, isn't it? BodyMedia, FitBit and many of your competitors already do!
Secondarily: You should be reciprocal and allow your data API be able to be integrated with other health-related services and devices (again, like most of your competitors already do).
Do you have a timeline of when this is going to be possible?
Thank you!

I have to weigh in and add my endorsement for integration. Although I am 100% sold on the UP and love the ease of the interface, I have spent over a year creating a LoseIt food library that makes inputting a breeze. I'm not ready to switch - so I'd love to see UP data on the LoseIt calorie counter.
Otherwise, kudos to the development team for creating an outstanding product.

Agree with everyone here. I love the Jawbone software for the iPhone, it's great! However, for calorie counting/non-stepping fitness, we all know it falls a little low. The imprecision of selecting how many calories you burned on your workout machine is particularly annoying. The little sliders are fun - but inprecise, and there's no way to change the values they come up with.
I've used the My Fitness Pal apps on multiple platforms, and it's the one all my data is in. It's the one I'll keep using.
If Jawbone wants the Up to become more ubiquitous, then there's gotta' be som reciprocal data-sharing.

I use runkeeper..it would be awesome if the up software integrated with it to record a excercise aactivity

I agree, the UP needs MyFitnessPal integration, there is NO more comprehesive food/calorie database out there.

I find myself wanting much better social sharing. I use all the big channels enthusiastically, especially Google+ and Pinterest, but also LinkedIn and Twitter. It's in Jawbone's best interests to integrate beautifully with G+ as the Google search engine indexes all activity on G+ (which will move the product way up in search rankings (essentially: that's money in the bank). More than that, though, your customers will love you for it. Make us nerds happy, and we always reward you for it! ![]()

Please integrate with Loseit. I am really enjoying UP but still have a lot of data in Loseit. Please integrate the two so they can share information.
