Accessory box had wrong stuff in it

My replacement headset arrived several days ago.  Love it!  Even better than the original as I no longer need to use the earloop.

One thing I noticed during unpacking was that the little black cardboard box containing the accessories (earloops and ear buds) didn't contain the correct items.  The ear buds are OK (correct range of sizes) but the box contained one medium earloop and two small earloops (vs. one large and one small, as the print on the box indicates).  Looks like the assembler who stuffs the boxes screwed up on this one.

It's not a big deal as the earloop doesn't appear to be necessary.  If it turns out that I need to use an earloop, I'll call Customer Support and ask them to send a large one.

Re: Accessory box had wrong stuff in it

Hi, thanks for writing to let us know about this.  Each Jawbone package is assembled by hand, so I think you are right, it was likely a slip up by our assembly team.  If it turns out you do need the earloop, please just give us a call and we would be more than happy to get you everything you need: 1-800-JAWBONE.  Thanks! :smileyhappy:
