A few months ago I tried to contact Jawbone Customer Service with some product issues. They would get back to me, I would reply and then nothing. In frustration I posted a nasty note in the Forum. I received a phone call within minutes. Was instructed on how to reset the Jawbone and have had no issues since. Great follow-up.
