I have a Jawbone Prime and it worked fine until I used multipoint and now it disconnects from the 1st phone that it was paired with randomly. The phone will show that it is connected, but then the call goes to the handset instead of the Jawbone. Very annoying and only happened after pairing it with a 2nd phone.
Does anybody know a solution or a way to reset the Jawbone's pairing data? Thank you.

Thanks, I've already tried that and it doesn't seem to reset the pairing info for the JB Prime. I'm becoming incredibly annoyed with this product as I have the other disappointments that are Jawbone products.

I'm have the same problem. The Jawbone Prime will disconnect from my Blackberry Curve randomly.
I have tried the following:
- resetting the Jawbone to factory settings (push and hold both buttons then connect to the charger)
- deleting the jawbone and re-pairing it with my phone
- modifying encription settings
- modifying discoverable modes on the phone
- ensuring the Jawbone has a full charge.
The problem still persists.
I've also noticed something strange. When I'm looking at the Jawbone's "Services" list, there is "Hands-Free" and "Headset" listed twice each. Is this normal?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I love the quality of the Jawbone but just wish it would connect automatically on power-up and stay connected.
