I read on one of the jawbone pages:-
If your UP band’s button, lights, or vibrations are not working properly, or your band won’t charge, you can perform a Soft Reset to reboot the processor in the band, without erasing your user data.
I just wanted someone to confirm if calibration data is retained too? - I've spent quite a while getting this right in conjunction with my Nike+ GPS sportswatch so really don't want to have to go through that again!
None of your data, including calibration, will be affected by a soft reset.
