Up Band problem

My band has some issue where it is not recording sleep or steps.  I can take it off and lay it on the counter, put it in sleep mode and it will sleep for exactly 2hr 57 minutes - even if I wait 8, 10, 12 hours before moving it.  I have done this mutliple times and every time it sleeps for exactly 2hr 57 minutes no matter how long I leave it alone.

 

I wear it for a 3 mile walk and it won't record any steps.  After I sync it, it will flash multi color and then flash red and then not respond to any button presses.

 

Is it totally broken?  How do I get a new one?

I had to swap my first one because it would not respond to button pushes. If the button is not stuck, attempt a Soft reset. If that doesn't work then Hard reset. Still no functionality, I would recommended contacting Customer Service for a warranty replacement.

I had an original up band that was replaced several times, I got a 2nd gen one and now that one is not responsive! At first it was vibrating all the time, now it won't turn on... Any help would be appreciated!
