Jawbone Wont Turn on? 3rd one that is broken

Okay my first Jawone had a problem with people understanding me.. The place i got it from replaced it. Then the 2nd Jawbone i got would not turn on.. I returned it to Jawbone and they sent me another one.. It worked for ONE DAY and now my jawbone will NOT turn on.. What is up with your guys jawbone 2 ? I had the first jawbone for many years and it worked great and still works.. I just wanted a smaller Bluetooth.... SO my problem is... What do we do now? Just keep returning the jawbone for another one ?

I just purchased a Jawbone 2 to use as a mic on Skype and for my phone when I am in the car.   After 2 weeks of talking to people through my computer, I wanted to pair it with my phone.  When I tried to put it into pairing mode it stopped working.  It would not turn on.  I though it might have run out of juice.  So I placed it on the charger and left it there for an hour or 2.  I still cant get it to turn on.  Any ideas on how to turn it on.  I really like the Jawbone and would like to use it more.
