Please help! Jawbone won't ring calls in earbud but I can answer them when a call comes in

So I have an HTC Dream I've been using for months and my Prime has been working great. yesterday i noticed a bunch of missed calls on my phone and I realized my jawbone wasn't playing that tone in my ear when I get an incoming call.

Now, when a call comes in, I hear it ring on my phone but I can answer it on my headset.

Prime pairs properly, connects properly.

Please help, when i'm driving this is very unsafe!

Have you tried doing a reset? That may do the trick:

To reset the Jawbone, simply follow the steps listed below:

1. Press and hold down the Talk Button on the Jawbone. (It does not matter whether the headset is on or off.)
   
   
   
    
2. Connect the Jawbone to the USB charger cable. (The cable needs to be plugged into an active USB port or to an electrical outlet via the Wall Charger unit.)
3. Release the Talk Button when the LED turns solid Red. 
4. Disconnect the Jawbone from the USB charger cable.
