How do you change or edit the app sleep info?

I was playing around with the app and apparently entered sleep info.  It shows me as having 62 hours of sleep yesterday!  How does this feature work?  Or should I just turn the sleep mode on/off and leave the manually entered data portion alone?  Can entered data be edited?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

lol! okay sorry.  Try this go to the info of your sleep on your home feed and tap it and then below you can lock it or edit it and edit it will give you the option to delet that and then you can enter the info manually.  I enter manually when I hit the sheets and was just to darn sleepy to even set it into sleep mode.  But when I wake up I always check the make sure I have the up mode for when my feet hit the floor. :smileyhappy:

LTO,

To delete a manually logged activity, you need to tap on it from the UP Feed. Then, tap the edit icon (not the lock icon). From there you can choose to delete it.

jamesafoster,

When you are on the Home Screen of the app, you will see that you can scroll down and see all recent activities (sleep, mood, steps, food) that you and your teammates have posted. That is your "UP Feed".

Hope this helps,
